Dr. GUO Peiyuan holds a PhD in Management and is a prominent figure in the field of sustainable finance. He serves as the Chairman of SynTao Green Finance and China SIF, contributing to green finance initiatives in China.

Dr. William Yu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of World Green Organisation (WGO). Dr. Yu is an energy economist and climate professional by training and completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge. He also earned an Executive MBA degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University in the U.S. Additionally, Dr. Yu had gained valuable regional management experience by working at US multinationals and a financial institution. Dr. Yu is currently the Adjunct Professor of several local and overseas universities.
Currently, Dr. Yu is the ESBN Task Force Member of The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) of United Nations. Dr. Yu sits in the Steering Committee of FOOD-CO of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund. He also serves in the working group of Sustainability Charter, Hong Kong and Malmo, Sweden, and is a Faculty of The Hong Kong Green Building Council. Dr. Yu belongs to the Air Quality Objectives Review Working Group of HK Environmental Protection Department, and is a Member of the Appeal Board Panel, Town Planning as well as Sustainable Development Council, HK SAR Government.
Dr. Yu has served as Deputy Chairman of Final Judging Panel of Smart Living Award and Head Assessor in Smart Healthcare Stream, The Hong Kong ICT Awards. He is the Chairman of the Judging Panel of BDO ESG Awards. He advises investment banks and public accounting firms on Sustainable Investing and ESG reporting, respectively. Dr. Yu is also appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of a publicly listed company.

Dr. George Lam is the Chair of UN ESCAP Sustainable Business Network. He holds a prominent position in advancing sustainable business practices in the Asia Pacific region.

Peter Yan is an industry leader with over 38 years of experience in the innovation and technology industry. As the CEO of Cyberport, he leads the digital technology flagship, focusing on talent cultivation, industry development, and the integration of new and traditional economies. Prior to his role at Cyberport, he held executive positions in various consulting and IT services companies.

Mr. Ken Chiu serves as the Head of Carbon and ESG Products at HKEX, responsible for fostering the exchange’s Carbon and ESG product businesses.

Helena Fung is responsible for the sustainable finance and investment strategy across the Asia Pacific region at the London Stock Exchange Group. Her role involves engaging with clients and industries to integrate sustainability into investment and financing decisions. She also develops sustainable finance and investment product strategies and expansion plans for the Asia Pacific region.

Prof. Shauhrat S. Chopra holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on designing indicators for sustainability and resilience of the built environment, supporting decision-making for a socially just and sustainable future.

After personally witnessing forest fires in USA, Mr. Wan changed career focus to drive environmental transparency by joining CDP. Immediately prior, he spent 22 years with Credit Suisse across Tokyo, New York and Singapore, rising from junior accountant to Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong. In this final role, he ran the Board of Directors and locational governance for all banking business lines and support functions, interacting regularly with international regulators and authorities. Mr. Wan studied with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, graduated from Imperial College and is a Chartered Accountant.
