The WGO Build4Asia Forum 2026, organized by the World Green Organisation, with BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited and Cyberport as strategic partners and the Civil Engineering and Development Department as a supporting organization, was successfully held on May 6, 2026, at Hall 1E of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This forum focused on climate resilience, green finance, ESG transformation, and smart city innovation, and was a full house, reflecting the industry’s high level of attention to climate risk, financial and insurance collaboration, and the application of ESG technologies.

The forum brought together representatives from the infrastructure, finance, insurance, technology, and smart city sectors to discuss how Hong Kong can promote more resilient, sustainable, and competitive urban development through cross-sector collaboration, green finance, and innovative technologies.
