(*open for public in day time).<\/li>\n<li>A sick bay for medical purpose. Please send your application with a copy of the student ID card for each team member, from <strong>21st November 2015<\/strong> until the <strong>29th of January 2016<\/strong>. Applicants under the age of 18 are required to submit the <strong><em>\u201cDeclaration of Participation\u201d<\/em><\/strong> form signed by a guardian or a school teacher.<\/li>\n<li>After receiving applications forms, the WGO will invite qualified teams on the <strong>5th of February 2016<\/strong> to attend the <strong>Briefing Session<\/strong> on <strong>20th of February 2016<\/strong> by email. A <strong>\u201cParticipating Team Card\u201d<\/strong> will be distributed to each team on the same day.<\/li>\n<li>Participating teams shall prepare their designs according to the instructions and guidelines to be provided in the <strong>Briefing Session<\/strong>, and submit their design layouts in PDF format, together with their <strong>Participating Team Card<\/strong> by email to <a href=\"mailto:inventor@thewgo.org\">inventor@thewgo.org<\/a> <strong>on or before 5:00 pm on the 25th of March 2016<\/strong>. Teams are required to elaborate the idea of the design in Chinese or English (in less than 500 words).<\/li>\n<li>By <strong>late March 2016<\/strong>, 10 teams from each group will be selected as finalists for the final round of the competition.<\/li>\n<li>The finalists will be notified to attend a variety of free workshops, which will be held in <strong>April 2016<\/strong>. These workshops are mainly to help the finalists further improve their designs and innovative concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Finalists are required to submit their final design proposals on or before <strong>16 May 2016<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Final judging will take place in <strong>late May 2016<\/strong>. Any false information found will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n<li>Those, under the age of 18 years of age, need to submit a Declaration of Application signed by their parents or guardians or teachers.<\/li>\n<li>All finalist teams must attend the free workshops held by the organizer, otherwise their competition work will be considered incomplete.<\/li>\n<li>Participating teams, who for any reasons drop out from the competition, cannot complete the competition within the said period, or did not follow the competition rules, will be regarded as having forfeited their eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>Entries must be original designs or invention. Any plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.<\/li>\n<li>The organizer is not responsible for any <strong>LOST,<\/strong> <strong>STOLEN OR DAMAGED<\/strong> designs.<\/li>\n<li>Each finalist team will be entitled to a maximum of HK$500 allowance to make a model and is required to produce valid documents (i.e. receipts) when claiming the allowances.
