Social Innovation Inventor – Competition for Innovative Design

Inadequate of Hong Kong‘s housing supply has been an issue for many years which leads to high property prices and rent. As a result many poor families in Hong Kong are living in narrow spaces without many choices. Some of them are living in tiny spaces without any window and full of sundries. As an environmental organisation balancing the environment, social and economics, WGO launched the ‘Social Innovation Inventor – Competition for Innovative Design’ today (23rd November). It aims to inspire the youth’s innovative and creative thinking. It also brings the positive transformation to the environment as well as the poor families. The winning team will be offered five days learning trip to University of Cambridge.
