1^st Anniversary Celebration of WGO

World Green Organisation (WGO), a newly established environmental organisation which concerns about social issues and environment topic, celebrated its first anniversary cum GOALS Award Presentation Ceremony on 9^th December, 2013 in Asia Society Hong Kong Center. Political and business celebrities came together and reviewed the work of WGO on social and environmental in the past year. Awards were also presented to the companies who joined Green Office Award Labeling Scheme (GOALS) to recognize their effort in going green.

In the 1^st Anniversary Celebration of WGO, our chairman of the board of directors Michael LAI, BBS, MH, JP, delivered the welcoming speech. Officiating guests LAM Woon-kwong, GBS, JP, Jasper TSANG Yok-sing, GBS, JP, Consulate General of Myanmar Mr. WAI Lwin Than, advisor Bernard Chan, GBS, JP, chairman of the board of directors Michael LAI, BBS, MH, JP, president Mr. Albert OUNG, Mr. Lowell LO and CEO Dr. William YU passed the batons to start off the ceremony. Symbolic of environmental conservation and educating the next generation is a relay and we shall continue the efforts for environmental protection.
